General Information
Check-in starts at 16:00. You can check in either via our digital self-check-in or at our kiosk on-site.
We offer 24/7 self-check-in:
- Complete the online check-in to receive your digital keys.
- Use the main entrance code sent to you and get your physical keys from the kiosk.
Early check-in is possible for an extra charge of 25€, depending on availability. It cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Simply use the same method you checked in with – digitally or at the kiosk. Check-out is until 12:00.
Yes, upon availability and for an additional charge. Please request this directly at reception.
Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage at reception.
Take the S9 or a regional train to Alexanderplatz, which is the closest station.
Troubleshooting
Check your emails. Our confirmation code is a 4-digit number. Third-party bookings may look different.
Make sure you’re entering the correct last name. If you’ve already checked in online, use “Get Room Keys” at the kiosk instead.
No stress – your old keys will be deactivated when you create new ones at the kiosk. Use your entrance code to access the building.

Call our emergency number listed in your room and at the kiosk. Non-urgent calls may be fined up to 100€.

Breakfast & More
Breakfast is à la carte and starts at 7:00 in our Café & Deli. You can also pre-book our etagère breakfast (including a drink) for 18€ per person.

Dinner in Restaurant Luzii
Luzii is located on the ground floor, just next to the main entrance and Luzii Café & Deli.
Luzii offers alpine cuisine with good food, great wine, and a warm, effortless atmosphere.
Luzii is open Monday to Saturday from 18:00. The kitchen closes at 22:30.
Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends. You can book online or ask our reception team to assist.

Yes, we have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. Please inform the staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering.
No, breakfast is served in the Café & Deli at Lux Eleven. Luzii is open only in the evening.
Rooms & Amenities
Yes, our Superior Rooms come with balconies.
All our rooms feature double beds. We do not offer connected rooms.
Absolutely! We’re pet-friendly. A 25€ per pet/per day cleaning fee applies.
Yes! All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, coffee machine, and kettle.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer wheelchair-accessible rooms.
Yes. In summer, use the AC panel near the door. In winter, use the radiator dials (1–5) near the windows.
Our TVs support streaming – just log in to your own accounts. Cable TV is not available.
Essentials like towels, tissues, and toilet paper are always available in the Essential Room in the basement. Extra items can be picked up in the Café & Deli during opening hours.
Gym & Laundry
Yes! Access to EVO Gym is free for guests. Just ask for the access code at Café & Deli.

We provide free access to washing machines, dryers, and ironing facilities in the Essential Room in the basement.
Deliveries & Parcels
Yes, we’ll gladly receive your parcels. Just give us a heads-up so we know what to expect.
